la Petite Tarte is a delightful little 36 seater French style side-walk café in the Cape Quarter Lifestyle Shopping Centre in the exciting de Waterkant area close to Green Point in Cape Town.
Serving delicious coffee, hot chocolate, cappuccino, latte and Mariage Fres French teas, la Petite Tarte is well known for scrumptious breakfasts, quiches, Parisienne Croque Monsieur, flourless Gateau au Chocolat, probably the finest carrot, pineapple and walnut cake in town and tempting French fruit tartlets.
Len Straw and Johan de Villiers have recently acquired this much loved bijou and are on hand to greet you. Pop in for morning coffee, breakfast, mid morning tea, lunch or languid afternoon tea and cake. Enjoy a corner of Paris in Cape Town.
